Emulsion pump is used to convey high pressure emulsion to hydraulic support or fully mechanized mining face, single hydraulic prop and so on. It is the result of the action of the pressure fluid supplied by the emulsion pump station, which can be realized by the pressure liquid supplied by the emulsion pump station. Therefore, the emulsion pump station is the power source of the hydraulic support, which directly affects the performance and the effect of the hydraulic support.
The emulsion pump is also called a high shear emulsion pump or a continuous high shear emulsifier. The principle is to smash the mixed products under the strong shear force produced by high speed rotation, emulsify, emulsify or disperse multiphase liquid medium continuously, and transport the liquid medium with low viscosity. The liquid is proportionally and continuously mixed. It is widely used in daily chemical, food, medicine, chemical industry, petroleum, coating, nanomaterials and other fields.
