The vacuum homogenizing emulsifier is widely used and has wide coverage. In the fine chemical industry, medicine, food, cosmetics industry is an indispensable equipment. The vacuum emulsifier is the emulsification equipment which is developed by water and oil phase. The rotor and spindle of the homogeneous head rotates at high speed by 2800 turns per minute, making the material fully broken and mixing evenly, so that the water phase and the oil phase material are fused. Laboratory vacuum emulsifier is through the high-speed rotation of the homogeneous head connected with the engine, cutting, dispersing and impacting the material. This will make the material more delicate and promote oil and water blending.
The function and performance of the vacuum emulsifier have been verified and recognized by the users. However, the problems existing in the equipment itself have not been completely solved.
1. Due to the unique design of the vacuum emulsifier, the low speed stirring and high speed shearing homogenize simultaneously, the high-speed transmission shaft of the low speed mixing shaft and the high shear emulsifier are connected by the reducer, and the shaft of the high shear emulsifier runs through the hollow shaft with low speed stirring. This will require two seals: the density of low speed stirring. Seal and high speed shear seal. The low speed mixing seal can be made by packing seal or mechanical seal, and the mechanical seal must be adopted for high-speed shearing. Although there are many kinds of mechanical seals now, the quality has been greatly improved, but in actual use, there will still be a lot of problems, such as the installation is not in place, the gap adjustment is not accurate, the use process is loose and so on, which will cause the leakage. The leakage results will result in: 1. The vacuum degree is not enough to meet the requirement of vacuum homogenization. 2, the coolant of mechanical seal flows into the product. These two problems will result in unqualified products, and the consequences are self-evident.
2, the maintenance problem in view of the special design of the vacuum homogenizer, disassembly is more troublesome, the repair and replacement of mechanical seals is very tedious, the skills of the maintenance personnel are very high, not good, will also aggravate the failure.
