Laboratory emulsification machine, as the name suggests, is small or desktop emulsifying machine, according to the needs of production, imitating its technology, matching, process and so on. After satisfactory experimental data, it can be enlarged to pilot production and batch production.
But in the pilot or production stage, many people have reflected that the actual production effect is not as ideal as the experiment. So what is the problem? The problem can be found in the following aspects:
1. The selection of equipment is incorrect
Because the diameter of the stator of the laboratory emulsifier is small and the speed is very high, we should calculate the line speed and compare with the emulsifier in production, find out the line speed of the stator of the best production emulsifier, thus determine the diameter of the stator of the emulsifier and determine the selection and configuration of the emulsifier.
2. Calculate the diameter, height and position of the head in the container when the emulsifying machine work in the laboratory, and then enlarge it to the production, so as to determine the type of the emulsifier needed.
3. Check the gap between the stator and the stator of the emulsifying machine. The gap of the emulsifying machine is generally less than 0.5mm.
4, the choice of the head of the work. The working head has unidirectional suction and two-way suction. The unidirectional suction material allows the material to be unidirectional circularly in the container, and the two-way suction material allows the material to circulate in and out of the container. The shear profile of the working head also has a great influence on the shear effect.
