Emulsifying equipment is often used equipment, emulsifying reactor needs to be configured according to actual requirements of emulsifying machine. If the configuration is unreasonable, the emulsifying effect is not ideal. When an emulsifying reactor is equipped with an emulsifier, the specific dimensions of the reactor, such as diameter, height and volume of the reactor, should be considered firstly; secondly, the technological requirements, such as temperature, pressure and reaction time, should be considered; finally, the physical and chemical characteristics of the material, such as viscosity, hardness, particle size, solubility, and chemical reaction speed, should be considered.
