According to the needs of the products produced, the number of engagement layers of the rotor stator is divided into two layers, four layers, six layers and eight layers. CGRW pipeline high shear dispersing emulsifier has very high shear speed and shear force. The particle size of about 0.2-2 micron can ensure the stability of high speed dispersing emulsifier. It is used to produce very fine emulsion and suspension. The shear force in the working chamber accelerates the dissolution rate of monomer and macromolecule. The three-stage stator-rotor combination (dispersing head) ensures that the droplet or particle size is small and the distribution range is very narrow. It can keep the single mixing mixture stable for a long time, especially when mixing the emulsifier.
